The Voice of the Scroll
Christ’yal Ooten
The Voice of the Scroll
1. The Seer Describing Visions
I lifted my eyes into the high realms, and behold—
the heavens parted like a veil drawn back by unseen hands.
Luminaries moved in ordered procession,
each one singing the Name of YAH in radiant harmony.
Winds of fire circled the Throne of Eternal Light,
and the pathways of the righteous shone like molten gold.
The mysteries sealed since the days of Henok
rose before me like living scrolls,
and the Ruach Ha’Kodesh whispered,
“Behold what has been hidden,
and write what you are shown.”
2. The Scribe Recording Heavenly Decrees
And I, the scribe of these visions,
set my hand to the scroll as commanded.
For the decrees of YAH stand firm,
etched upon the tablets of the heavens.
Thus it is written:
The Watchers who corrupted their ways
shall be bound until the appointed day.
The righteous shall shine like the dawn,
and the humble shall be gathered beneath His wings.
Every word I inscribe is a witness,
every line a testimony,
for the Holy Great One has spoken,
and His utterance does not return void.
3. The Witness Trembling Before Holiness
My breath faltered as the glory drew near—
for who can stand before the radiance of YAH
and not tremble?
The mountains bowed,
the foundations of the deep quaked,
and even the stars dimmed their brightness
before His majesty.
Yet His mercy upheld me,
and His Ruach strengthened my frame,
that I might behold and not be consumed.
I testify to what my eyes have seen:
YAH is righteous,
YAH is merciful
YAH is everlasting
Blessed be His Name forever.
